Losing a Loved One

Losing someone who was very dear to you can be a very traumatic experience. We all do grief somewhat differently in our lives. Grief can sometimes changes the way you think, feel and even your sense of reality.

In asia, there are different major events which has happened in 2014 that have causes major losses of lives. This can include the recent AirAsia Flight QZ8501.. While the incident have been a painful period for the relatives and friends of the passengers and crews on board - there is no standard time limit and there is no right or wrong way to feel during the griefing period.

Grief and loss can be expressed differently - Anger, withdrawal, depression can be some of the manifestation. Social support is often crucial during this period of time.
